supporting Python-3.14 free-threading on windows

uuid_utils is missing to langchain for Windows/Python-3.14 free-threading

maybe there is a technical limitation, until an abi is defined for free-threading ?

I tried adding wheels for Linux, MacOS and Windows with 3.13t and 3.14t. It would be great if you could test the wheels in the PR.
As far as I could see everything seems ok. I will need to create a pre-release with this to see if everything is ok.
