ftp over portable hotspot

Hi,

I wanted to use swiftp when I used my phone as a portable hotspot, but noticed 
that it doesn't work. My phone and my notebook are directly connected but 
unfortunately I can't connect to my phone via ftp.

Hope someday you have the time to look into this.
