Can we direct access to the ftp server but through third-party routers？

I find that，we must connecte the devices（pc and android client） to the 
wifi，but i think  if our pc can direct access to the ftp server is better！
This function can be achieved?


在使用swiftp时，必须将pc 和 android 
等设备通过wifi连接到一起，如果没有wifi，则不能访问此服务
器，如果能将我们的android设备作为wifi热点发射源，pc等设备�
��接访问android设备的wifi源登录swiftp服务器是不是更好一点呢�
��能不能在我们的swiftp server中加入此功能？
