Support php 8.4

Now there are some places where php 8.4 throws notices:

Deprecated: AmazonPHP\SellingPartner\Configuration\LoggerConfiguration::isSkipped(): Implicitly marking parameter $operation as nullable is deprecated, the explicit nullable type must be used instead

Just released version 7.1.1 which explicitly sets the $operation parameter as nullable to fix your issue.

Check out v7.2.0

I updated PHP CS Fixer to make all implicitly null parameters to explicitly declared null.
