fix: support Docker v26 on Ubuntu 26

Summary

• upgrade Docker and Compose dependencies for current daemon APIs
• migrate Docker v26 and compose-go v2 types across services, routes, and validation
• retain client API negotiation and add regression coverage for API 1.44
• add a real Compose lifecycle integration test
• build appfile2compose per target architecture and safely retire only CasaOS's legacy daemon override

Root cause and impact

The previous Docker SDK capped its client API at 1.43 and used compose-go v1 types. Current Docker releases on Ubuntu 26 reject that obsolete client path. AppManagement now negotiates normally with current Docker while retaining Docker 24 compatibility.

Validation

• full Go race test suite on Linux with real Docker
• Docker API negotiation regression coverage
• Compose lifecycle on Docker 24.0.9 and Docker 29.7.2
• GoReleaser snapshot for amd64, arm64, arm/v7, and riscv64
• Ubuntu 26.04 arm64 install, upgrade, reboot, UI, catalog, and lifecycle checks
