Add Bookmarks  system.

The platform has courses, enrollments, and a cart but there's no way for students to bookmark courses they're interested in for later. This is a fundamental feature for any education platform. Students browse courses, find interesting ones, but aren't ready to enroll yet. Without bookmarks, they lose track of those courses.
