On the /quizzes/ page, the three main category cards (My Quizzes, Shared With Me, Public Quizzes) have no visual feedback when a user hovers over them. This makes the UI feel static and less interactive. Adding a hover effect would improve the user experience by providing clear visual cues that the cards are interactive elements.
