Make consistent "icon.ico", "pdf.ico" and "epub.ico"

Hi,

The support for HTML, PDF and EPUB is useful. However, the current version of the icons have different look and feel:

ICON.ICO

PDF.ICO

EPUB.ICO

I therefore suggest that you create the three icons using the same formatting style. For example, using the EPUB as a reference, create the other two with an identical structure: change the colour and the label (WEB, PDF, EPUB) and use the corresponding logo (for WEB, I suggest using "WWW").

Hi, I'm definitely not a designer, and icons are just grabbed from https://www.svgrepo.com/. I'd be happy for someone with the appropriate skills to make a suggestion.
