Implement Issue #3658
Use-Case:
This enabled us to have the possibility by only using the vertical scroll to slide the window to follow some issue presented with a Gantt style.
See visibleGroups.html example.
Note:
In the example, if one enable the 'scrollSide' event, it leads to a jitter since the 'focus' function is causing an additional vertical scrolling (even if it shouldn't since the items to be focused should stay on the same line)
