Since 2.15.0 it was changed from `allure` to `prefix`, so all `mvn allure:*` commands are not working since 2.15.0. Changing it back to `allure`

Context
Since 2.15.0 it was changed from
alluretoprefix, so allmvn allure:*commands are not working since 2.15.0. Changing it back toallureI guess bug was introduced in 95fd19d#diff-9c5fb3d1b7e3b0f54bc5c4182965c4fe1f9023d449017cece3005d3f90e8e4d8R87
