let you add 2fa auth and then lock some commands behind 2fa

2fa support would be implemented as an interaction button on the response from certain commands, where it would present a modal asking for a 2fa code to the user. 2fa would be set up using a command that, for prefix invocation DMs a qr code with the totp key to the user with a verification modal that, when the appropriate key is entered into it, will associate the 2fa key with the user. after intiial setup the message containing the code will be deleted, and there will be no way to pull the code back out. in the case of key loss, there would be a reset process requiring an admin to approve it manually.

This process would provide a method of verifying that a user is actually who they say they are before running a high-risk admin command, preventing a compromised discord account from destroying a guild.
