Refinements done:

  • Medium severity: Removed "warns" from the description for timeouts ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours.
  • Medium and Severe severity: Updated descriptions to include "warns" for medium severity and clarified that severe offenses may result in timeouts or bans instead of tickets within 5 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Medium severity: Added a missing period to the description about repeated offenses leading to tickets for spreading non-English messages.
