Motivation
I made a PR which was approved on ethereum/execution-apis#590 to add Trin Execution's Client Code.
I would like to use the
ClientCodetype, which would entail adding Trin Execution's ClientCode. I can always roll my own type, but I thought it would be best to use alloy as we already migrated toalloy-privatives/alloy-rlpinstead ofopen-ethereumalternativesSolution
