Add a link to the discord through a rhino.li shortlink

Over the past few weeks I've noticed that as much as we're trying to deprecate the discord, I think that to keep as much outreach as we can, its worth keeping the discord accessible, even if not prominent.

To that end, I recommend we add a link to the footer next to our matrix/meetup links. Ideally, this link should go to a rhino.li/discord link which gives us usage stats on whether or not people are using our Discord link, as we can see how many clicks there were, different from uses, which is kept in stats by Discord.

So it seems a temporary invite was used for the shorturl, as this link is now inactive, perhaps we could use a permanent invite for the rhino.li shortlink?
