This complements https://github.com/alisw/alibuild/pull/999/changes in adding support for RECC as a compilation cache / distributed environment. Notice this is only for macOS at the moment and needs a working Remote Execution environment like the one provided by https://github.com/alisw/homebrew-system-deps/blob/master/Formula/bb-storage.rb
