## Introduction

Algorand related activities constitute my full time job. That includes running Nodely, participating in ATC & Dev councils, interacting both with AF and AT on a daily basis.

Not relaying on grants gives me space for long-term planning. I am prioritizing diversified ecosystem growth by helping new projects and fully expect profitable teams to contribute back - like Nodely is striving to do.

## Relevant Experience

Managed IT budgets and eng. teams in telecommunication companies and own startups for 25 years.
Programming by night in C, Go, TS. Sponsoring a few open source projects as well as contributing to them by hunting and fixing bugs. My core experience is in realtime, distributed systems & telecommunications. Recent experience covers running, tuning and contributing to Algorand core code and infrastructure - relays, nodes, indexers, P2P network.
