Test Rewards Rate Calculation with mainnet values #3284
Description
Test that with RewardsState values taken from mainnet, that the rewards calculations are accurate and bug free going into the future until the rewards pool is exhausted.
Acceptance Criteria:
@tolikzinovyev and @tsachiherman reviews and approves of new test.
