Algorand Coding Challenge Submission

What was the bug?

The Counter class that comprises the contract did not have an __init__ method that would initialize the state variables.

How did you fix the bug?

Adding an __init__(self) method that uses the correct syntax to set the local and global state variables resolved the issue. Note that the global state UInt variable also needs to be initialized to the value zero (0) so that the other contract methods can increment it.
