Fix the Bug Submission Pull Request

What was the bug?
The signer property in the object passed to atc.addTransaction needs to be an algosdk.TransactionSigner, not an account.

How did you fix the bug?

I used the SigningAccount class from algokit-utils to construct the signer object: https://github.com/algorandfoundation/algokit-utils-ts/blob/main/docs/code/classes/types_account.SigningAccount.md
