Fix the Bug Submission Pull Request
What was the bug?
There was a problem with the signer of the transactions
How did you fix the bug?
I ran the script as it was and got "TypeError: signer is not a function" so I started digging into it to see the problem and needed to create a SigningAccount to actually be able to "sign" the transactions
