Algorand Coding Challenge Submission

What was the bug?
I setup the project and got the error

After reviewing the code in the index.ts file, i realized that the parameter of sendRawTransaction method is wrong. The transaction wasn't signed before it was submitted to the network

How did you fix the bug?

I fixed it by signing the transaction before sending it

There are 2 ways to do that:

1. Use method signTxn of transaction like this

OR

2. Use method signTransaction of algodClient like this
