Add documentation for OktaAuth.

It seems like OktaAuth has a big role in the boiler-plate yet the documentation is very sparse on the read-me and non-existent on the Boilerplate docs.

Thanks a lot for your feedback. You can find information about okta login directly in our readMe : https://github.com/algolia/algolia-react-boilerplate/tree/main/apps/boilerplate-front-end#-okta

The feature is deactivated by default when you're pulling our main branch. Right now the Okta connexion is just in as a test, it shouldn't affect any other feature of the app 😊.

Hey @HugoWith, this is interesting because the reason I ran into this was that I immediately got an error when running front-end without having setup Okta. And I pulled from the main branch. I can go back to my original config and get the error if you would like.

Alright, the feature should be off by default on the main branch.
That might be an error on my side. Sorry about that !
