Splitter and the plugins #91

instead of .txt files we can use plugins.json file in the working folder and /plugins directory with plugins
an interestingc case is the 4-view splitter, we can save a lot of time by splitting image on the fly without saving it during sequence and we can process it "as if it would be 4 images" for sequence and then tracking
also we have it in the highpass and in the pre-processing with the new option in the Main parameters: Splitter
