Fix XHRInterceptor location for RN 80

RN 80 moves XHRInterceptor yet again. This adds the new location as the initial require attempt.

There's also a warning "Deep imports from the 'react-native' package are deprecated", due to moving to exports changes in 0.80: react-native-community/discussions-and-proposals#893, so at some point past 0.82, this will also stop functioning if it's not updated to be exposes publicly.
