Get the FreeCAD Beginner Assistant into the integrated addon manager, so others are able to install and use it directly from FreeCAD.

@hasecilu This is a good solution to quickly test out how it interacts with it. Can we now also get it into thte addon manager by default, so that everyone can find it?

It's the command I ran in the FreeCAD-Addons repository to add FBA. It should be appearing for everyone now.
