Placid folder does not exist in resources

Hi @alecritson,

I tried your addon today, but there was a problem. I can't find anything after installation. 

I tried installing the addon via CLI and Control Panel, but the result is the same. There is no `/placid/` in the `/resources/` folder.

Or did I misunderstand and everything has to be created manually?
