qibuild config fails on cmake 3.18

I installed updated my cmake to latest version 3.18 and suddenly. 

I see when running qibuild config --wizard the generator list is empty and I cannot create configurations. 

I have no error log. Though it can find cmake path but it cannot find the generator. any help I am running ubuntu 16.04
