fix: include numerals, parenthesis and capital letters from MDN data …

…conversion combinator RegEx (microsoft#4195)

This adds to the regex the ability to describe syntaxes with numbers, parenthesis and capital letters which was missing before, resulting in incorrect generation of data for MDN data conversion.
