Adds a new "Summary & Productivity" option in the main menu that opens a dialog with two sections:
Users can set their daily and weekly task goals through an inline setup panel. All stats are calculated from existing data with animated count-up effects.
This is Phase 1 of the feature. Future phases will include detailed views for each section, productivity charts, streaks for recurring tasks, and more advanced statistics.
