Feature/fix: prettier padding on tabs, fixed speaker icon and removed close tab button

I have removed the close button for tabs since I'm never using it.
I used that extra space to fix the text moving all the way to the left and making it feel a lot more natural.
The text moves only about 5px, the favicon scales down 10% and the audio icon is positioned more naturally. (This is subjective but could be used as a refference for future use and can be added as an extra feature for people who don't use close button for tabs)

P.S. I've made sure to affect only non-pinned tabs.
