Wiki: Added recipe to cover common issue with xterm titles, but I don't speak Japanese

Hi, I just added this, which makes a common way of using TRAP function under ble.sh, using a working example to illustrate.

However, you seem to maintain the same wiki docs also in Japanese, and I don't speak Japanese.

Thank you. I'll translate it later. Anyway, I'll notice it if anyone edits the wiki because I always edit the wiki articles locally and push them to the wiki branch. If anyone edits the wiki (which doesn't happen frequently), a conflict will happen.

From the contents you added:

Does this work for you? ADDHISTORY is called before the current entry is added to the (in-memory) command history, so running history -a in the ADDHISTORY hook doesn't save the currently running command to the history file. If you simply want to save the current command to the file, you can run history -a in PREEXEC.

Ahh, I thought it worked for me, but maybe it doesn't as planned. History is synced to disk, but it might not be synced at the right moment.

I've changed the recipe example to match the suggestion. Makes it shorter too.

Actually, ble.sh has a built-in support for the xterm title on the prompt through bleopt prompt_xterm_title, though it uses OSC 0 (implying OSC 1 and OSC 2) instead of just OSC 2 that you use. Specifically,

can be achieved simply by

I also note that ${PWD/#pat/rep} can be used instead of ${PWD/pat/rep} to replace the matching string only at the beginning of PWD.

I considered using prompt_xterm_title, and actually tried to, but I can't use it in both locations. I'm not sure why, but I suspect wherever ble.sh actually sets the title, its only doing it in one location, not every time bleopt prompt_xterm_title is ran.
