My patches to 0.21. The following may not be retained in the parent 0.22:

• Screen cal (superceded by the touchscreen cal)
• Reduction of flow to 1 digit on the print status screen
• Swapped Z axis icons in finetune_panel.cpp and homing_panel.cpp
