[Feature Request] Block "picture-in-picture" sponsorship

Apparently content creators are now embedding sponsors as a picture in their video stream, here's an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=66X1HzDpThg

Could SponsorBlock do something about them? That would be wonderful!
