Summary

Lots of nifty performance improvements in this release! On the smaller benchmark I have been using, I measured almost 40% faster runtime speeds! This should scale equally to larger designs.

Performance improvements:

• Improve performance of SourceRef line info extraction. Rework to use cached file line index. #325
• Add early exit to verilog preprocessor if no backticks exist in the file.
• Improve RDLSimpleWalker performance by pre-computing a dispatch table at start of traversal.
• Pause Python's garbage collector during design elaboration. Notably improves performance without sacrificing much.
• Switch 'default' to be an explicit kw arg in get_property() instead of manually unpacking **kwargs.
• Bypass class-specific get_property() calls at runtime. These were only added to satisfy type-checking and add meaningful overhead.

Other updates & bugfixes:

• Validate top instance-name overrides (#336)
• Implement __eq__ for UserStruct (#335)
• Fix scoping for imported nodes so that root nodes of an imported definition can be identified as being in the root scope via Node.get_scope_path()
