Remove ADE includes from Makefiles

The Makefiles in this repository include .mk files from ADE, i.e. AIX Development Environment, that is internal to IBM. Change these to something public.

ADE is based on ODE, the OSF Development Environment. You can find information on it by doing a web search. That may help in understanding what it does and how to replace it.
