How to annotate the 3D point positions of the dataset

Hi,

Thank you for publishing your amazing work. We are very interested in it. Does the dataset include paired data of X-ray images and 3D positions of the guidewire? Specifically, data similar to what was used for the shape prediction network aimed at predicting the guidewire tip positions from a sequence of monoplanar images, as described in your paper?

I found the 3D.json file. But the points are two dimensional.

It seems like you did not put calibration.py in your code.
