DO NOT MERGE - This is a test PR to measure the effect of removing versioned platform documentation on the docs-build.yml workflow execution speed.

Removes all historical platform doc versions (1.6, 1.7, 1.8, 2.0) to test CI build time impact.

How

• Deleted docusaurus/platform_versioned_docs/ directory (all version-* subdirectories)
• Deleted docusaurus/platform_versioned_sidebars/ directory (all version-*-sidebars.json files)
• Updated docusaurus/platform_versions.json from ["2.0", "1.8", "1.7", "1.6"] to []

Review guide

This is a test PR for CI timing measurement only. The key change is the removal of ~1000+ versioned documentation files.

None - this PR should not be merged.
