Relevant information

The cursor field shows `updated` for most streams in source-stripe. However, when I select columns, I see the cursor field is set to `created`, not `updated`. As the cursor field in source-stripe is source-defined, it cannot be changed. I also tested one stream, and I found that any future updates for the record cannot be captured. This means that stripe streams use `created` as the cursor instead of `updated`.
