Environment

• Airbyte version: 0.41.0
• OS Version / Instance: Windows 10
• Deployment: Open source on Kubernetes
• Source Connector and version: SFTP Bulk 0.1.1
• Destination Connector and version: BigQuery 1.2.16
• Step where error happened: Setup new connection

Current Behavior

The connection tests failed.

An exception occurred: SSH Connection failed: Error reading SSH protocol banner

Expected Behavior

banner_timeout should be set to a higher value in case of bogged down servers out of your own control. See https://stackoverflow.com/a/59453832/1285014
