By default, ESLint only lints
.jsfiles. This PR updates the README(s) to notethat users need to pass
--ext .js,.jsx(or.tsxfor TypeScript) when runningESLint so that rules like
react/jsx-filename-extensionare applied correctly.Also updated package.json scripts to demonstrate this usage.
Fixes #1402
