Graph-level inputs: check order of operations

Reminder to check that when specifying a graph level input shared across tasks, also specifying the shared input at a task level indeed overrides the graph-level input.

Hi @edan-bainglass, the logic in the WorkGraph engine is that graph-level inputs override task-level inputs.
I think this logic is reasonable when we are looking at the GUI representation, e.g.,

For task add1, the input x is linked to the graph_inputs a, which means the data will flow from a to x.

If users want to set the input x manually, before the submission, they can delete the link and then set the input value manually. Thus it is also consistent in the GUI.

Hi @ElliottKasoar, since you have worked on this topic (scinode/node-graph#131). Could you update the doc to let the user know that they can not set an input value of a socket if the socket already has an input link? e.g., in this doc
