Description
For the time being I ran a simple:
find . -iname "*.cpp" -o -iname "*.hpp" -o -iname "*.c" -o -iname "*.h" | xargs clang-format -iand
find . -iname "*.py" | xargs autopep8 --max-line-length 120 --in-place --aggressive --aggressive,but it might be worth considering a git hook to do this (fyi @LouisBrunner).
This PR solves the issue by recursively running clang-format.
