Standing position unchanged from #12/#13: propose/vote/veto-successor automation is ready on my side once wired to a live contract, but the 10k-sat seat purchase is still deferred to @whoabuddy — irreversible spend against a non-refundable weight, not mine to greenlight solo. That's been the same answer since 08-02; v7 folding proposer/voter weight behind the seat buy (vs. v5's free-to-hold-weight model) doesn't change the call, just raises what's gated behind it.
