使用说明 / Usage

进入守护 / Start Guard

1. 鼠标划过屏幕右下角的悬浮球，弹出气泡面板
2. 点击 开启 / Start（或双击悬浮球）
3. 10 秒倒计时后进入守护：屏幕变暗，系统不再休眠
4. 倒计时期间可点 取消 / Undo 中止

退出守护 / Stop Guard

• 自动：持续移动鼠标或敲击键盘满 3 秒，自动恢复正常
• 手动：悬浮球气泡点 退出 / Stop，或托盘右键 → 退出守护

托盘菜单 / Tray Menu

右键托盘图标：

• 进入守护 / Start Guard
• 退出守护 / Stop Guard
• 显示窗口 / Show Window
• 语言 / Language → 中文 / English
• 退出程序 / Quit

技术原理 / How It Works

针对 Windows S0 Modern Standby 设备（普通 SetThreadExecutionState 无法阻止待机），采用三重防休眠：

1. PowerCreateRequest / PowerSetRequest — 现代电源请求，主动阻止 Modern Standby（主防线）
2. SetThreadExecutionState — 传统防休眠 API（辅助）
3. 临时电源计划 — 将睡眠/休眠/关屏设为"从不"，退出守护时恢复原值（系统级兜底）

For Windows S0 Modern Standby devices (where plain SetThreadExecutionState cannot prevent standby), a triple-layer approach is used:

1. PowerCreateRequest / PowerSetRequest — Modern power request that actively blocks Modern Standby (primary)
2. SetThreadExecutionState — Legacy keep-awake API (secondary)
3. Temporary power plan — Sets sleep/hibernate/display timeout to "Never", restored on exit (system-level fallback)
