This pull request adds the Jupyter Notebook solutions for the Data Visualisation TPs:
TP2/DataVisualisation_TP2025_TP2.ipynb ✔️
TP3/DataVisualisation_TP2025_TP3.ipynb ✔️
TP4/DataVisualisation_TP2025_TP4.ipynb ✔️
Each notebook includes the required data visualizations, explanations, and annotations corresponding to the respective TP tasks.
