Title: Update Go Version

Description

This PR updates the Go version used in the project to 1.23.3.

Changes:

Updated the go.mod file to reflect the new Go version.
Ensured all dependencies are tidied up and compatible with the updated version.

Tests:

All existing tests have been executed successfully, and they are passing.
