Attribute Rules

A subset of legacy tools can be replaced by using Attribute Rules.

• Investigate existing documentation and draft a spec
• Get sign off from data team
• Build rules
• Create deploy process (it will likely need to be done manually since it requires arcpy and access to the Utrans database)
