In progress: We're still discussing how we'd like to present the new email, phone number, and mailing address to visitors of the site. I've added this to the left-column of the existing footer for now, but it makes the footer appear a bit off-balance. We can use this PR to continue the conversation and eventually make updates to satisfy new design criteria.

Adds email, main phone number, and mailing address to website.
Also included in this change are some code formatting fixes. I setup my editor to auto format code using the repository's prettier settings (from
.prettierrc).
