Failed to install this plugin

With vagrant recently upgraded to 2.2.5, 

    vagrant plugin install vagrant-hostsupdater --local

repeatedly fails with:

```
Unable to resolve dependency: user requested 'vagrant-bindfs (= 1.1.0)'
```
