Cannot ssh into sandbox

I just created a new sandbox and I cannot ssh into it from either the web ui or the terminal.
When I try to login via the ui, it connects and disconnects immediately.
When I try to login via the terminal (copy+paste command), I get an error:

$ agentuity cloud ssh sbx_2e756097e18****
ssh: Could not resolve hostname ion.agentuity.cloud: nodename nor servname provided, or not known

Follow up. I created a second sandbox using the cursor image and was able to login via the web ui. But after disconnecting I was not able to login again. Also, the terminal command for ssh didn't work on this one either

this is using the wrong ion.agentuity.cloud so either the code isn't using the global ion dynamically or you have the wrong setup in your production config. either way needs to fix it.

i cannot figure out how you got into this since none of the code paths use ion.agentuity.cloud. i added more logging and also tried to guard against some edge cases that will be in the next SDK release upcoming. If you can re-try after the next SDK release and use --log-level trace if you get it to help me understand how this url is getting used. (should be a regional one)

I'm just seeing this now. I created the sandbox in the app-v1 dashboard.

the error above though is from the cli, not the web app.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the app-v1 dashboard and create a sandbox from there (https://app-v1.agentuity.com/services/sandbox)
2. I used Central in my latest attempt (while I used East in the first attempts)
3. SSH into the sandbox via the ui - works fine
4. Exit the ssh session
5. Refresh the page and try to ssh again
6. Session connects and disconnects immediately.

The other error I showed in my first post was from trying to connect via the CLI (I tried both the UI and CLI)
